Autumn Salad with Apples and Cranberries
Crisp greens tossed with tart apple, dried cranberries, walnuts and sunflower seeds in a light raspberry vinaigrette.
10 MIN PREPSERVES 6

Sweet, tart, crunchy and fresh all at once, this salad works as a starter or alongside almost any main dish, and it is just as welcome in July as in October. Granny Smith apple gives it bite, dried cranberries add chew, and the nuts and seeds bring crunch. Bagged greens and a bottled dressing make it a five-minute job.
